Where is Poolewe?
Poolewe village is situated on the A832 on the west coast of Scotland (Wester Ross area) between Ullapool and Mallaig. The village sits at the head of Loch Ewe. Poolewe is 6 miles from Gairloch and 70 miles from Inverness, the nearest city and airport.

Where's the house?
The house is in the small village street half way between the shop and the Poolewe Hotel. As you turn into the main street of Poolewe off the A832, you will pass the village shop on the junction.

Wester Ross is the north west region of Scotland and is within the highlands area of the country.
