All
Caberfeidh details and information about facilities and
local amenities are correct at time of writing and given
in good faith. We (the Owners of Caberfeidh house) accept
no responsibility for loss or damage to visitors’
possessions on Caberfeidh property or land.

2. |
Prices:
Prices on website do not include heating/electricity
or phone calls. We provide pillows, duvets and duvet covers
but not other linen, so visitors need to bring their own
sheets, pillow cases and towels.

3.
|
Payment: |

There
is a non-refundable rental deposit of 50% per week to
confirm a booking (this amount is therefore dependent
on the seasonal tariff). |

The
cheque for the balance of rent is payable 6 weeks before
the start of your holiday and should be enclosed with
your completed booking form. |
|
|
Payment
for electricity used and the cost of any phone calls is
due not later than 2 weeks after the end of the
stay.
|
| |
In addition we ask for a further £75 cheque deposit
towards unpaid electricity and telephone and/or damage
or cleaning expenses such as unwashed dishes or carpets
requiring shampooing. This deposit will be returned to
you on receipt of your electricity payment at the discretion
of the owner/caretaker

4.
|
Cleaning: |
|
Visitors
should find the house clean and tidy and are asked please
to leave it in good order.
|
5. |
Method of payment: Cheques only please, which
should be made payable to ‘Caberfeidh
Poolewe A/c’. Details of the address
are on the booking form.

6.
|
Cancellations: |
|
In
the event of cancellation, payments (other than the deposit)
will be refunded only if we are successful in re-letting
the week(s) you have booked. We regret cancellation refunds
cannot be made 6 weeks or less before holiday start date.
All efforts will be made by the owners of Caberfeidh to
re-let the house.

Short
notice bookings: are classed as holidays
booked 6 weeks or less before the holiday start date.
Payment will be asked for in full at time of booking.
We regret there can be no cancellation refunds for short
notice bookings. |

Insurance:
We
recommend that you consider arranging adequate holiday
cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

7.
Dogs: We welcome visitors’ well disciplined
adult dogs with their own bedding but ask that if you
want to bring a dog, please mention to Caroline first.
A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed; no puppies please. Please
do not leave a dog unaccompanied in the house or garden
at any time, or let them onto the furniture. Each dog
is charged at £5 per week. We regret no other pets
are allowed.

8.
Electricity is not included in the rental price.
Visitors are asked to read the meters at the start and
end of their stay. For payment, see section 3.

9.
Non-Availability of House: If Caberfeidh is not
available for rent due to unforeseen circumstances, for
example, fire or flood damage, then all monies paid by
the visitor, including deposit, will be refunded without
deductions but the Owners will not incur any further liability
of any kind.

10.
Caberfeidh is a non-smoking house. We ask please
that there be no smoking in Caberfeidh house or garage.
|
|
11.
Arrival and Departures: The house is available
from 4.00 pm on the Saturday and departing visitors are
asked to leave the house by 10.00 am. |
